This plan includes annual cleaning of furnace/boiler and annual tune-up of air conditioning. Cleaning of the hot water tank will be done at the time of the furnace/boiler cleaning. Appointments for these services will be scheduled and performed during normal business hours as workload and weather conditions permit. Regular business hours for Harriman Heating, Inc. are 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Monday- Friday, excluding holidays. Equipment covered by this agreement must be in working order for cleanings and tune-ups to be conducted.
Service calls will be charged a diagnostic fee. This agreement guarantees that the diagnostic fee charged will be at the standard rate with no additional charge for after hours service calls.
All repair and labor charges will be reduced by 10% of the regular price for equipment covered under this maintenance agreement for gold and platinum plans only. No additional senior discounts apply.
Full payment is expected at the time of service by cash, check or credit card. A $35.00 fee will be charged in addition to the invoice amount for stopped/ returned checks to cover bank and administrative costs.
This contract will automatically renew one year from its effective date. If you wish to cancel the auto renewal, please contact our main office at 248-231-2102. A written notice of termination must be signed by you and mailed or delivered to Harriman Heating Inc., 33091 Eight Mile Rd., Livonia, MI 48152 thirty ( 30 ) days prior to the cancellation date.
If you relocate and/or equipment is not available for Harriman Heating Inc. to do maintenance, or if your new residence is not located in the Harriman Heating Inc. coverage area, it is agreed that a prorated refund to be issued for any unused prepaid amount.
If you have multiple units, coverage must be purchased for each such unit.
Harriman Heating, Inc. shall not be responsible for any charges incurred for services provided by another company.
Harriman Heating Inc. shall not be responsible for parts under this maintenance agreement. If parts are in need of repair or replacing, under the terms of this agreement, Harriman Heating Inc. may elect to do the necessary repairs offering a discount of 10% off the standard pricing for gold and platinum plans.
Purchase accrual for gold/platinum plan will be accrued as a discount for purchase of a new system and will be active as long as plan is in place.
